The scene the art director wrote

A stormy sky looms over a rural landscape with a closed school in the distance, a group of people gathered near a community aqueduct, and a pair of men on a four-track vehicle in the foreground, with a subtle glow of stage lights from a nearby theater.

Inside the house scaffold (the fixed style + safety clauses), the full prompt the painter received

Sprawling painted editorial illustration for a newspaper front page: A stormy sky looms over a rural landscape with a closed school in the distance, a group of people gathered near a community aqueduct, and a pair of men on a four-track vehicle in the foreground, with a subtle glow of stage lights from a nearby theater. Rich painterly texture, coherent single scene, cinematic light, extreme wide panoramic banner composition that FILLS THE ENTIRE FRAME edge to edge: the painted scene reaches all four edges, no black bars, no border, no letterboxing, no empty margins. Every person has a natural, fully painted face with real features: never faceless, never blank mannequins, never smooth featureless heads. All people are fictional and resemble no real public figure. Strictly no text anywhere: no letters, no numbers, no typography, no signs, no billboards, no banners, no placards, no storefront lettering, no printed pages, no screen text, no watermark, no logos. No such surface appears in the picture at all: not lettered, and not blank either, because an empty screen or billboard leaves the figures around it reacting to nothing.

LUMA to work power lines in 15 municipalities Tuesday

The work lands the same day two generation units sit out of service at Aguirre and San Juan.

LUMA Energy will carry out maintenance, replacement and repair work on electrical infrastructure in 15 municipalities in Puerto Rico on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026.

The scheduled work comes as two generation units are down. Genera Puerto Rico said a boiler rupture has kept Unit 2 of the Aguirre Central power plant in Salinas out of service. A day earlier, on Monday, Genera PR and LUMA Energy reported that Unit 5 of the San Juan Central power plant went out of service suddenly, leaving 100,039 customers without electricity at 12:05 p.m.

The read here is that the grid was already short on generation going into the Tuesday work; the facts name the two failed units and the customer count, but do not say whether the maintenance in the 15 municipalities relates to either outage.

Weather was also a factor on the island Tuesday. Doppler radar located a severe thunderstorm near Utuado at 1:49 p.m., moving westward at 5 to 15 mph.
