The National Weather Service has identified 15 municipalities across western and central Puerto Rico as carrying elevated flood risk.[1] The listed municipalities are Mayagüez, Añasco, Rincón, Yauco, Maricao, Las Marías, Adjuntas, Utuado, Lares, San Sebastián, Moca, Arecibo, Hatillo, Camuy, and Quebradillas. On Tuesday, the Puerto Rico Water and Sewer Authority reported that 10 of the 19 reservoirs it monitors daily saw water levels decrease over the preceding 24 hours.[2]
