Judge Anthony Cuevas of the Court of San Juan reiterated the court's role in supervising the water service agreement between the Autoridad de Acueductos y Alcantarillados and the Municipality of San Juan, responding to a motion from the AAA. [1] The filing on Sept. 13 does not specify what the AAA's motion sought, but the read here is that the utility asked the court to step back from the agreement and the judge declined. The court's restated supervision keeps the AAA-San Juan water contract under judicial watch. Separately, Genera PR said Unit 6 at the Costa Sur power plant was reconnected to the grid in the early morning after completing repairs in under 24 hours. [2] Luma reported available capacity of 2,495 MW against projected demand of 2,950 MW. [3]
