Migdalia González Arroyo, former senator and vice president of the Popular Democratic Party, has demanded that Waldemar Quiles, secretary of Puerto Rico's Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, report on the status of the abandoned Mayagüez zoo and transfer its facilities to the Municipality of Mayagüez.^[1]
