HPM Foundation to take over Culebra CDT after Mennonite Health System exits

The Puerto Rico Department of Health formalized an agreement with HPM Foundation, Inc. to manage the Centro de Diagnóstico y Tratamiento following the cessation of operations by the Mennonite Health System.
