Marine group and Caguas teacher run coral reef activity for 'CeSAM' anniversary

The School Chapter of the Sociedad Ambiente Marino marks 25 years with a teacher-focused reef program in Caguas.

The School Chapter of the Sociedad Ambiente Marino (CeSAM) and teacher Ketsy Torres of the Escuela Especializada en Tecnología Gerardo Sellés Solá de Caguas promoted a coral reef activity as part of the organization's 25th anniversary initiatives.[1] Torres, who teaches at the Caguas school, said each participating teacher has the opportunity to bring knowledge about coral reefs to their students and multiply the message about the importance of knowing and protecting marine resources.[2]
