Bayamón prosecutors will file criminal charges against police officer Nivea Arce Rivera on the day of this report. [1] Nivea Arce Rivera is accused of fatally striking pedestrian Dianelys Ortiz López, aged 19, in mid-March on PR-2 highway near Virgilio Dávila residential complex in Bayamón.
