Puerto Rico now has a mobile lottery application, Lotería Móvil, which was officially launched at an event in San Juan on the prior Monday, according to Periódico La Perla. ^[1] The report names the launch and the place, and little more. It does not say who runs the app, what games it offers, or when it will be available to the public. Those are the questions to ask next. For now, what is on the record is the name, Lotería Móvil, and the city where it was presented.
