Puerto Rico is set to host the 75th Miss Universe pageant in San Juan during November, and the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (CTPR) projects the event will draw about 65,000 visitors to the island. [^1]

The pageant is scheduled for Puerto Rico in November. [^2] The winner of Miss Universe Colombia 2026 will represent her country in San Juan. [^3] Aníbal Marrero, a Puerto Rican choreographer and creative director, has announced dance auditions on the island for the event. [^4]

Two numbers stand against the 65,000 projection. The CTPR figure is a projection, not a count, and the record here carries no arrival tally to check it against. The 65,000 would be the measure to watch once the pageant closes.

The figure is the one concrete claim the Tourism Company has put on the event so far, and it covers expected visitors to the whole island, not ticket sales. [^1]
