Puerto Rico Police reported a 57-year-old Manatí resident was robbed at gunpoint while cycling on PR-140 road in Barceloneta on 1 November 2026 ^[1][2] The 57 year old victim told authorities two armed men in a vehicle robbed him of $125 cash while he was exercising. ^[3][5] The robbery case was referred to the Arecibo area CIC unit of Puerto Rico Police for continued investigation. ^[4] The armed robbery investigation was assigned to the Arecibo Cuerpo de Investigaciones Criminales (CIC) ^[6] Barceloneta Municipal Police officer Mark A. Pagan conducted the initial investigation of the robbery. ^[7] The victim was cycling for exercise when the armed robbery occurred ^[8]
