Amanda Serrano will close her professional boxing career at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan on 9 January, the Puerto Rican fighter said at a November 4 press conference.[^1]

The announcement fills in what had been open: the island now knows where and when to show up. Serrano named the Coliseo in the capital and fixed the date to 9 January, framing the bout as her final professional fight.

For a reader planning around it, those two details are the ones that matter.
