Puerto Rico Police reported that a 45 year old woman was seriously injured in an alleged stabbing attack by her 22 year old stepson on Monday in Humacao. ^[1][3] The 22 year old suspect fled the residence after the attack, and was later arrested by Humacao municipal police. ^[2] The stabbing victim remains hospitalized in guarded condition while medical personnel work to fully stabilize her. ^[4][6] The attack occurred at a residence on Calle Panamá in the Ciudad Cristiana urbanization, Humacao. ^[5] The stabbing case has been referred to the Humacao Criminal Investigations Corps Aggressions Division for continued investigation. ^[7]
