Lawyer Pedro Saade Llorens has called for the Port of Ponce Authority to formally revoke a written commitment its interim director made to support Power Expectations LNG operations.[1] The commitment at issue is a letter from interim Port of Ponce executive director Steve Loubriel Carmona to Power Expectations, pledging port support for LNG barge operations and fuel transfer.[2] Both accounts were filed by Periodico La Perla on Oct 20. The facts name the letter and the two men, but do not record when Loubriel Carmona sent it, nor how the authority has answered Saade Llorens.
