Old San Juan's El Bastión cultural center turns into a holiday art market on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November 2026, when El Rastro Edición Navideña brings 30 local artists and designers under one roof.[^1][^2] Asociación ACirc organizes the market[^3], selling original art and handcrafted holiday goods rather than imported mass-market merchandise at the height of the shopping season.[^4]
