A proposal to reopen and redevelop the Rio Camuy Cave Park is drawing support from three municipalities in northern Puerto Rico, wjournalpr.com reported on October 19.[^1]

The report names the backing as coming from three northern towns, but does not identify them, name the developers, or give a timeline or cost.

For anyone who grew up taking a school trip into those caves, the news to watch is which towns sign on and when a reopening date is set.
