Eleven Puerto Rican companies from strategic sectors joined a Department of Economic Development and Commerce trade mission to Toronto, organized through the PromoExport program. [^1][^2]

The roster spans technology, engineering, biotechnology, food manufacturing and professional services, and the agenda runs on B2B meetings with potential buyers and strategic partnership sessions. [^3][^4] Before wheels-up, participants went through workshops and mentorship from Canadian-market specialists — preparation the agency treats as the difference between a junket and a deal pipeline.
